Order Processing Time

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to our shipping carrier.

  • During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days after processing. Please note, these timeframes include both processing and transit.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, weather, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Multiple Shipments

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Covered & Cute is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

  • For delivery issues, feel free to contact us and we will assist where possible.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • International shipping is not currently available.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
