Refund policy

At Covered & Cute, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • All returned items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In original condition with tags attached

    • Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or damage

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Bodysuits

  • Intimates, swimwear, and accessories

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@coveredandcute.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
