Returns

Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

All returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition with tags attached

Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue
Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@coveredandcute.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.
